Exova Warringtonfire, which has a NATA accredited fire resistance laboratory in Melbourne, as well as fire safety consultancy offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, has invested in a new state-of-the-art fire resistance furnace which is the first of its kind in Australia at its Dandenong facility.

Leaders at Exova Warringtonfire believe the new investment will help contribute greatly to fire prevention.

He said: “It’s no secret that we want to be at the forefront of the fire safety industry in Australia and with this new piece of equipment we can help our customers and the profession bring about significant advances in fire safety”. “This state-of-the-art full scale, high capacity fire resistance test furnace will be capable of testing horizontal and vertical constructions and will be housed at our existing NATA accredited laboratories in Dandenong, Victoria.” Peter and his team will be officially unveiling the furnace and the enhanced fire safety service at the company’s Melbourne lab on February 20th.
