He is a key customer resource for microbiological testing methodologies, set-up, validation and execution of new methods. He provides customer consultation to help protect product and brand integrity, and provides guidance and interpretation of environmental organic hydrocarbon analysis.
Mike has extensive experience working with clients to solve product and environmental pathogen contamination issues, routine monitoring, shelf life and spoilage studies.
