Accessibility and quick response times are two critical ingredients in customer satisfaction and at Exova we meet that challenge through our comprehensive range of microbiological and chemical water testing services at our accredited laboratories.
We conduct water testing to internationally recognised standards throughout the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. In addition to our four UK laboratories, we provide further drop-off points for water sample collection via a specialist courier team. We also operate from premises in Cork, in the Republic of Ireland, where we specialise in microbiological and chemical testing.
Our Labs in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Dhabi, Qatar and Oman are recognised by UKAS for water testing and by local accreditation bodies. Our Middle East laboratories provide chemical and microbiological water testing services to global soft drink suppliers throughout the region.
Technical support where and when you need it
We typically examine water that circulates through buildings such as cooling towers, air conditioning systems and hot and cold water services. We pro-actively inform the customer of progress during the testing process and in the UK our performance can be managed and monitored electronically through the Exova Advantage (http://advantage.exova.com) system, a state-of-the-art online service providing customers 24-hour real time access to results.
