Exova Metech provides traceable and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited cali-
bration of measuring instruments in electrical, dimensional and physical parameters such as torque, pressure, temperature, humidity, optical, flow, acoustics and more.

Chemistry

Exova laboratories are certified for the analysis of drinking water, waste water, soil and hazardous waste for both organic and inorganic contaminants.

Our diverse range of capabilities allow us to carry out testing for most raw materials and finished goods.

Coatings

Based around a global network of laboratories, Exova specialises in coatings technology for oil and gas, with expertise in pipe and field joint coatings, as well as capabilities in specialist protective and marine coatings, where we are currently accredited for both IMO and PSPC test protocols.

Composites

Exova is a world-leader in fibre-reinforced composites. We offer support in material selection and qualification, testing, manufacturing process development, failures analysis, repair technology and training.

Corrosion

Exova is a recognised world-leader in corrosion services. Our global network of laboratories specialise in the qualification of materials for “sour” service applications and offer a full spectrum of standard and specialised tests.

We also undertake high pressure, high temperature testing, as well as pitting and crevice corrosion testing.

Fire safety

With a connected network throughout the Middle East, Europe, Canada, Australia and Asia Pacific, Exova Warringtonfire has competence in all international fire standards.

We offer a complete spectrum of services, including reaction to fire and fire resistance testing, fire engineering, training, consultancy and certification.

Metal technology

Exova is a leader in precise mechanical, metallurgical, and chemical testing. We provide testing and consultation at all stages of metals processing and product development.

Microbiology
