Food labelling for Marketeers Training Course
A new training course specifically for marketeers, creatives and copywriters involved with creating marketing information, labelling, advertising and promotional campaigns relating to food, has been launched by Exova, the leading food advisory company.
‘Food Labelling for Marketeers’ is a practical one day course that will draw on real case studies to cover areas such as basic food labelling controls in the UK and EU along with minimum labelling requirements for food in the UK. The use of product descriptions and marketing terms such as ‘pure, ‘fresh’ and ‘natural’ will be covered.
The course will also look at controls in place for advertising and promotions and bring delegates
up to speed on the latest legislation with regard to health and nutrition claims. The growing use of food assurance schemes and making environmental claims will also be included.
The course is being held in Birmingham on 4 May, but Exova’s team of food law experts will also be able to run the course on dates and at venues to suit delegates’ needs.
‘Food Labelling for Marketeers’ is one of a range of courses offered by Exova for the marketing industry which cover areas such as Advertising Consumer Credit and Sales Promotion Law.
