The first package, which costs £6,000 per year or £500 per month, offers a selection of services including 20 hours of expert advice to help protect businesses and their brands. Help from the Exova experts is provided on everything from food labelling and legal compliance to due diligence and health and safety management

The package also offers the opportunity for up to 20 business employees to increase their skills by attending one of the following training courses:

• Heath and Safety Management
• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
• Risk Reduction & Accident Investigation

On top of this, there will also be four days dedicated to implementing one of the following into the business, improving the processes and protecting the organisation:

• Food Safety Management System / HACCP
• Heath and Safety Management System
• Quality Management System
• Compliance Auditing

The second package, a more in-depth offering, costs £12,000 per year or £1,000 per month, and in addition to the above services, will give up to 20 employees one more choice of training course while also offering three compliance audits of the business.

As part of the package up to 30 hours of expert advice is guaranteed and Exova’s team of experts can save the business undue risk by handling up to 20 customer complaints as and when they arise, vital when entering the difficult circumstances of product recalls.
