A shock test can be performed on all kinds of automotive and commercial electronic modules.

We can perform a shock test using electronic dynamic vibration table with the following sizes: (1) 4’ x 6’ and (2) 4’ x 4’.

The shock test laboratory can simulate both various temperatures and humidity conditions, and is used for HALT Testing (High Accelerated Life Testing)

Limitations for our shock testing are as follows: we cannot go beyond 30g at 11 millisecond half sine wave.

Our shock testing profiles can include:

• Half Sine wave
• 11 milliseconds
• 25G

The common methods for a shock test are: MIL STD 810F and RTC Standard. The usual turnaround time for shock testing is defined within the standard and the client.
