Exova has elevated temperature test facilities providing a full range of high temperature capabilities. Our Creep Stress Rupture laboratories have the capacity for high volume specimen throughput with over five hundred computer controlled frames available. All frames are fitted with modern furnaces, the latest extensometry and controllers to ensure accurate temperature, stress, and strain measurements during testing.

Numerous load frames are monitored around the clock to ensure minimum down time and maximum utilization. Clients can expect samples to be loaded without delay and with computer generated certification, customer reports are produced within minutes of test completion. Status reports can also be generated on request.

Preparation of plain, notched and combination specimens is routinely carried out in our dedicated machining centres and prepared specimens are checked for dimensional and surface finish compliance before being loaded for test.
