Food Microbiology: Capabilities

  • Enterobacteriaceae including Total coliform, E. coli and E. coli O157
  • Lactic Acid Bacteria including Lactobacillus, Faecal Streptococcus
  • Microbial identification including bacterial, mould and yeast.
  • Pathogens including Salmonella spp, Listeria spp, E. coli O-157-H7, Listeria monocytogenes, Clostridium spp, Bacillus spp, Vibrio spp, Campylobacter spp and Staphyloccus aureus.
