Environmental conditioning of automotive vehicles and components has been tested at Exova’s environmental test facilities for over 25 years. Our environmental test facilities allow the simulation of extreme conditions found in operating environments around the world. Exova’s environmental conditioning chambers range from simple 36 cubic foot reach-in chambers to 30ft x 20ft triple vehicle drive-in chambers. Environmental capacities of test chambers range from -73C to +200C with humidity and sun-load capabilities. Other capabilities include accelerated weathering, corrosion, thermal shock, dust, rain, ice, blowing sand, and various others.
