Exova Health Sciences is a division of Exova with headquarters in Newbridge, near Edinburgh, Scotland.

In October 2008 Exova (previously Bodycote Testing Group) was purchased from Bodycote plc by the global private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier and Rice.

Exova Health Sciences currently comprises 9 laboratories and three regional offices employing over 400 staff offering services to the Environmental, Food and Consumer Products and Pharmaceutical markets.
