Andrew spent the first 23 years of his career at the Evode Group variously as Chief Executive and Chairman. Building it from a £23 million adhesives and sealants business into a £300 million international materials and specialty chemicals group. Since 1993 he has built up a varied career of executive directorships in the UK and overseas in both Private Equity and Public companies. He studied at the University of Southampton and has an MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
