Bill Spencer
Non Executive Director

Bill has extensive experience of the testing inspection and certification industry including 15 years spent as the Chief Financial Officer of Intertek Group Plc where he led the MBO and flotation of Intertek on the London Stock exchange. Prior to Intertek he had a number of senior financial roles with Centrica, Rexam, Olivetti and Inchcape. 

Bill is also a Non Executive Director of UK Mail Group plc and chairs its Audit Committee and he is an Independent Non Executive Member of the Finance Committee at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  

Bill has an Honours degree in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester. He is a Chartered Management Accountant and Corporate Treasurer.
