Ian El-Mokadem

Ian joined Exova from Compass Group plc where he was Group Managing Director, UK & Ireland and a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. Prior to Compass Group, Ian’s career includes positions with Centrica plc and Accenture. At Centrica, Ian held a number of senior growth-orientated roles in British Gas prior to leading the successful launch, growth and subsequent sale of the Group’s telecommunications division. Whilst at Compass, Ian led the UK and Ireland business through a period of successful transformation and was responsible for operations with a combined turnover of £1.8 billion and circa 60,000 people.

He has a BSc in Economics and Statistics from University College London and an MBA from INSEAD.
