Non Destructive Testing
At Exova we have unrivalled expertise in testing. Our NDT personnel are highly qualified specialists, holding approvals to ASNT Level III. We test a wide range of materials, from raw materials such as sheet, plate, bar and pipe to fully finished components.
NDT Tank Testing
All of our services are offered from accredited laboratories, including UKAS and Nadcap accredited locations. These accreditations are supplemented by many individual Client approvals including Rolls Royce, Boeing, Snecma and Airbus UK etc.
Operating from purpose built facilities, our laboratories are strategically located to provide volume production and quality assurance release testing for clients in the casting, forging and MRO industries.
Our NDT services offered include: gamma ray, x-ray, ultrasonic (including immersion), C-Scan, dye penetration, Non-Destructive Testing; ASNT Level III and Level II, Visual, radiography, field services, structural steel inspection and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).The specialist services offered include micro-focus radiography, which is particularly well suited to the examination of smaller components incorporating fine detail, such as turbine blades.
These testing services are offered from our European and Americas regional facilities.
Non Destructive Testing Services

Exova's inspection facilities provide CGSB, ASNT, API, CWB and in-house qualified personnel for laboratory testing, customer and supplier site inspections.
