While our main service offering is teardown and analysis of sensors, switches, and electronic assemblies, we are also able to provide information and solutions in the areas of electronic assembly manufacturing processes, components, and materials.
Our team is composed of a highly experienced, technically diverse staff with expertise in polymers, metals, chemistry, and ceramics. Each of our team members has spent a considerable portion of their careers in electronic product design and manufacturing environments in the sensors and switches division of a multinational electronics manufacturer working with real-world product issues. We feel that this wide range of backgrounds along with decades of manufacturing and design experience that uniquely positions us to provide engineering solutions to your design engineering and manufacturing problems.
Electronics Services
In electronic component testing, we work with you to define the problem, then generate the most appropriate and useful physical data from the samples you submit to the lab in order to provide you with a quality solution.
Teardown and analysis of electronics and mechanical switches can provide useful information at several different levels of the product design and manufacturing lifecycle.
Printed circuits, surface mount or through-hole technology, materials, processes, and failure analysis are areas that we have expertise in.
We offer process and design support and troubleshooting. With most analysis the first step is to give us a call and/or send in samples.
